Refunds depend on the policies of the airlines, hotels and Saudi authorities involved in your booking. The schedule below outlines our standard cancellation charges.
Cancellation schedule
- More than 60 days before departure: deposit non-refundable; remainder refundable.
- 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total package price retained.
- 14–29 days before departure: 75% of total package price retained.
- Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total package price retained.
Visa & airline fees
Saudi visa fees and airline penalties are pass-through and not refundable once issued or ticketed.
