Bookings & payments
A deposit is required to confirm a booking. Full payment must be received by the deadline communicated for your package. Prices may change due to airline, hotel or government fee adjustments outside our control.
Visas & documents
You are responsible for providing valid travel documents, including a passport with sufficient validity. We assist with visa processing where applicable.
Conduct & worship
All pilgrims are expected to follow Saudi laws and the rituals of Hajj and Umrah respectfully.
Liability
Ibadah Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers and is not liable for changes, delays or losses caused by them, force majeure events or government decisions.
